7 Day Access to Primary Care


Hartlepool & Stockton Clinical Commissioning Group have commissioned 7 Day Access to Primary Care at the following sites :


  • Woodbridge Practice, Ingleby Barwick
  • Tennant Street Medical Centre, Stockton-on-Tees
  • One Life Centre, Hartlepool


Appointments are available with GPs and Nurses on an evening and at the weekend.


This service is available for all practices within Hartlepool & Stockton. Please ask the reception team for further information.

Embargoed appointments added to on-line appointments


Our telephone lines are extremely busy. Responding to patient requests - we have created embargoed appointments for on-line booking - this will ensure new appointments are released throughout the week. These appointments will be shown as "Embargos" and are available to book with the doctors as normal.
