2014/15 Survey Report 

 

In 2013/14 we carried out the following patient surveys :

We surveyed our patients regarding phlebotomy provision within the practice.  The patient feedback was extremely helpful in us being able to increase the phlebotomy provision.  Thank you to everyone who participated.
