Tracey Hepburn, Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years nursing experience, 20 years of which has been in General Practice .

As a nurse prescriber I am able to assess, examine and treat, including issuing prescriptions if necessary for a wide range of minor illnesses.

Tracey is the Lead for Infection Control in the practice.  We perform regular infection control audits within the practice.

Hi my name is Yvonne and I have recently joined the team at Kingsway as a Nurse Practitioner, I began my nursing career in 1983 and my career to date has been interesting and varied.

I have spent many years in secondary care in acute medicine/ cardiology/coronary care. I moved to community care in Northumberland as a Community Matron for Frail elderly in 2016.

As a Nurse Practitioner and prescriber, I am able to see patients with a variety of complaints/concerns, perform an assessment, and decide on a treatment plan.

Hi, my name is Leanne Robinson and I am one of the new Nurse Practitioners at Kingsway.

I began my nursing career in 2006, starting out in Accident & Emergency at North Tees and from here I progressed to become Sister then later into the Urgent Care centre as a Nurse Practitioner.

I made the move to General Practice in 2019 to gain a better work/life balance and have thoroughly enjoyed this new venture.

Hi, my name is Donna Love and I have been working at Kingsway for the past 5 years as a Practice Nurse.  Prior to this, I worked as a Respiratory Nurse in secondary care after I qualified in 2009, leaving this post due to having children and wanting more family-friendly hours.  I enjoy being part of the team here at Kingsway, carrying out my duties, which include wound dressings, long term condition reviews, baby and travel immunisations, cervical screening, ECGs, spirometry, lung health checks and healthy heart reviews.

Hi, my name is Gemma and I qualified as a nurse in 2003. I worked at North Tees in Respiratory and ITU until 2013 and in 2014 I became a Practice Nurse. I have joined the Kingsway team as a Nurse Prescriber for chronic health conditions such as Diabetes + Asthma and also contraception. I cover other aspects of Practice Nursing such as cervical screening, childhood immunisations, wound care, etc...

Caroline Bell, Health Care Assistant. 

I am the Practice Health Care Assistant.  I have worked within health care for the last 16 years.  I previously worked 10 years in an Accident & Emergency Department and 3 years in the Orthopaedic out patients.  I began working for Kingsway Medical Centre in 2015.  My role includes annual health checks, carers checks, lung health and healthy heart checks, ECGs, blood pressure checks, B12 injections, flu vaccines, ear irrigations, dressings of wounds, removal of sutures and clips and 24 hour blood pressure monitoring.  I also assist the GPs with minor ops.
